Before you ask support — quick checklist
- My dashboard shows "Pending Approval" instead of a link.We manually verify every payment. On weekdays this usually takes 15–60 minutes; weekends a bit longer. No email is lost — we reply once approved.
- "Invalid subscription link" when I paste.Re-copy the link from your dashboard. Mobile keyboards often add invisible spaces.
- App says connected but nothing loads.Close the app entirely, re-open it, and switch servers. A VPN status icon on your device is not proof of traffic flow — always check your IP at whatismyip.com.
- ChatGPT / Netflix still shows a region error.Fully kill the app, reconnect to a server in a supported country (US, Singapore, Japan), then launch it again.
